Terms of ServiceDispatch Time:
Unless otherwise stated, orders placed before 12 noon GMT are usually dispatched on the same working day.
Domestic (UK) Orders: Free shipping using Royal Mail 2nd class service. Please contact us if you require a faster service (a small surcharge will apply).
International Orders: Tracked and/or signed service to street addresses (non PO box).
As we usually offer same-day dispatch on weekdays, there is a very small window of opportunity to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you immediately. Otherwise, you will have to follow the returns process when you receive your item.
If the item is faulty, please inform us immediately. We will issue a full refund within 48 hours (including the cost of posting the item back to us) when we receive the faulty item from you.
If you simply changed your mind, please inform us immediately. We will accept the return as long as the item is returned in unused condition, in the original manufacturer packaging with the seal intact, and within 14 days from the day you received it. We will issue a full refund within 48 hrs after verifying that the returned item is in its original condition. We will not refund the cost of posting the item back to us if you simply changed your mind.
